About Maiken
From coaching executives, talents and founders for 20 years, I’ve developed a unique ability to see the entirety of the person in front on me.
Previous to becoming an independent coach, I held management positions in global companies such as Mærsk and Nestlé. This first hand experience with the demands of leadership is a strong asset in my coaching.
To support the coaching process, I’ve developed a unique approach for applying data to identify relevant actions and measuring the success of your development and the coaching.
Who are you?
My coaching is specialized within three general leadership roles.
Senior Level Leader
A successful career does not necessarily spur the promised happiness. Feelings like emptiness, meaninglessness and depression are more widespread in the upper levels of corporations than one might expect.
Founder
You a driven, passionate and willing to put in the hours necessary to achieve your vision. At the same time, burn-out, leadership pitfalls and cashflow is constant threats to you startup. Understanding yourself and your team strengthens your chances of success.
Investor
You invest in the team as much as the product they are creating. The wrong team is third biggest reason a start-up fails. The more you understand the individuals and their team SWOT - the better decisions you can make.
